Thank you for supporting small-batch printing and independent design. Each purchase helps fund a creative, local publishing project - and we truly appreciate your trust.
Because most items are printed to order, and digital downloads are instantly accessible, we are only able to accept limited returns. Please read below carefully.
Physical Products (Books + Journals)
We have a 14-day return policy within the European Union in line with the EU consumer cooling-off period. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order - provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To request a return:
Returns must be sent to the return address provided in your confirmation email.
We do not publicly list our mailing address for privacy reasons, but all return requests are handled promptly.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We are a small shop and cannot offer returns or exchanges on:
- Items marked as signed or personalized
- Sale items or limited-edition preorders
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Orders outside of the EU (unless the item arrives damaged)
Digital Products (PDF downloads)
All digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of instantly downloadable files, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on digital purchases.
If you have an issue accessing your files, please contact us , we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the packaging and product to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us.
