Shipping policy
Pre-orders
Some items in our store are sold as pre-orders. Pre-ordered books and bundles will begin shipping from Latvia in August 2025. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to:

Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia via DPD

Europe and the rest of the world via Latvijas Pasts (Latvia’s national postal service)

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. The bundle (book + journal + packaging) weighs approximately 1.5 kg.
⚠️ Please note: If you order more than one bundle, the total weight may exceed 2 kg, which significantly increases shipping costs for international orders.

Order Processing
All orders are packed with care and shipped from Latvia. For signed copies, please allow a few extra days for processing. We are a small, independent studio and appreciate your patience.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@singingknits.com. We will do our best to assist you, but please note we cannot guarantee refunds for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or issues beyond our control.
